| How do I place an order on
your website? |
| For the Jerseys.com.au step-by-step guide, CLICK
HERE |
| Do I have to use my a Credit
Card to make a purchase? |
| Not at all! You can make a purchase just the same
by either choosing the Money Order or Cash On Delivery option at the checkout. |
| How do I go about ordering
via the money order method? (Available in Australia only) |
We have now changed our money order method to make
it easier for our customers. Simply browse around the store and add items
to your shopping cart as per normal. Then print out your order confirmation
page at the checkout and post with your money order to:
Jerseys for Work and Play, P.O box 80 Waramanga ACT 2611
For more information about the Order Confirmation page, see step 8 in
our Step-by-Step
shopping guide. |
| What happens with a Cash on Delivery
order? (Available in Australia only) |
You can elect to pay for your purchase via C.O.D.
at the Jerseys.com.au checkout. C.O.D. parcels go to the Post Office
closest to your delivery address and they will advise you of the arrival
of the parcel for you to collect from the P.O.
C.O.D. charges are determined by the Post Office - Jerseys for Work
and Play have no control over the cost. The further the parcel goes
and the heavier it is, the more cost is applied. You will be required
to pay the C.O.D. charges at the Post Office when you collect your delivery.
|
| What types of Credit Card
do you accept? |
| We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Australian
BankCard. |
| Is it secure to use my Credit
Card online? |
Yes!
Our checkout system incorporates industry standard SSL data encryption
at 128-bit, using internationally trusted digital certificates by Comodo
Inc., the world's second largest and fastest growing High Assurance Certification
Authority. The secure server that performs the processing of the order
is protected by the latest in hardware firewall technology. This ensures
your information is kept private throughout the entire checkout process.
For maximum security, we also recommend that your operating system has
the latest security updates installed, along with the latest virus definitions
for your anti-virus programs. |
| What is a CVC number? |
The
Card Verification Number (or CVC) is an extra three to five digits that
have been added to the card number for most credit card types. You can
find your credit card's CVC number printed on your card.
For American Express cards, the CVC number is the four or five digits
printed on the front of the card just above the card number. Visa and
Mastercard and most other credit cards print the CVC after the card number
on the signature stripe on the back of the card.
The CVC number was introduced as a means to counter credit card fraud
where a card number is obtained from an imprint of a credit card. As the
CVC number is only printed (not stamped) on the card, it cannot be obtained
from an imprint. |
| How are the orders processed? |
We securely download your order from the Global Transaction
Server and process the payment at our Canberra Store. Step
1: Your order details are taken by the Global Transaction
Server and a confirmation message sent to your email address
Step 2: We securely
download your order from the Global Transaction Server
Step 3: Your
Credit Card number is processed from our Canberra Store and product is

| Do you have a sizing chart? |
Jersey sizes and measurements are as follows:
S = 100cm chest; M = 105cm; L
= 110cm; XL = 115cm; XXL
= 120cm; XXXL = 125cm

| Are local and domestic
customers charged the full freight charge for small orders? |
The $12.50 freight charge displayed for Australian
customers is the MAXIMUM freight charge that will be applied when your
credit card or money order is processed at our Canberra Store (for Cash
On Delivery charges click here).
eg. Kate Smith from Goulburn orders a t-shirt valued at $30. Her order
confirmation message displays a sub-total of $30, plus $12.50 for freight.
Because this is only a small item, we adjust the freight charge accordingly
before we process the credit card. So when Kate receives her t-shirt in
the mail, her receipt will show that she has been charged a sub-total
of $30, plus the adjusted freight price.
So when an order is placed by a local or domestic customer and costs less
than $12.50 to send, they will be charged the lower price. No matter the
size of the order, $12.50 is always the maximum freight charge that will
be applied. Email us at shop@jerseys.com.au for more information on freight
charges. |
| What about International
freight charges? |
| Our freight charge for international orders up to
1kg in weight are charged at $29.99. International parcels are subject
to extra charges as per the Australia
Post International Parcel price chart once they exceed 1kg. You will
be notified by the shop via email prior to shipping if the delivery cost
exceeds $29.99 and the product will be sent once approval has been given
by the customer. |
| How soon will I receive my
order? |
Depending on stock availability, all orders leave
our Canberra Store within 24 hours of payment processing. We do ask that
you allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, but in most cases orders are delivered
anywhere in the world in the space of 2-5 working days.
If there is stock availability issue on certain products in your order,
you will be contacted promptly and alerted of the status of your purchase,
prior to the processing of your credit card. For more information on products
and delivery, please contact Vicki at shop@jerseys.com.au |
| Can I get an
Express Post delivery? |
| Certainly. For Express Postage of your items or for
any other special request to go with your order, please specify in the
"Additional Instructions" field at the checkout. Express Postage
on small lightweight items will incur no extra cost, any extra fees incurred
for larger items will be applied when your order is processed at our Canberra
Store. |
| Do you have a returns
policy? |
| We are happy to exchange wherever possible and will
give a full refund if we cannot satisfy the customer. When goods are returned
for the wrong size ordered however, we expect the customer to pay the
postage both ways. |
| I'm after an item that doesn't
appear in your online range. Can you order it in for me? |
| We will certainly try. If you are looking for a particular
product not available at Jerseys.com.au, please contact our Canberra Store.
Email: shop@jerseys.com.au, Phone: +61 02 6262 7194 |
| When I search for a product
using the website search form, I get too many results! |
| When you use the search form throughout the website,
it automatically searches for product listings containing any of the keywords
you entered. At the results page, if you select 'Find all words' from
the search drop-down menu and click the 'Find' button again, it will look
for products that contain all of the words you specify and return a more
accurate match. If you really want to take a punt you can select the 'Exact
Match' option, but this is usually not neccessary. |
