2. Brisbane Broncos - "One Journey to The Other"
The Broncos have produced another standout Indigenous jersey for 2026, with a design that's as inspiring as it is visually impressive.
Created by 17-year-old Ladda Kaewhanam, the first student from the Beyond the Broncos Indigenous mentoring program to design the club's Indigenous jersey, "One Journey to The Other" tells a powerful story about connection between people, Country, generations and culture.
Ladda, a proud Whadjuk Noongar and Wangkathaa young woman, has produced a jersey full of symbolism surrounding family, identity and belonging. Combined with the Broncos' iconic maroon colours, it creates one of the cleanest and most striking Indigenous jerseys we've seen in recent years.
With stars like Ezra Mam, Kotoni Staggs and Gehamat Shibasaki wearing the design throughout Indigenous Round, this jersey is sure to become a favourite among Broncos supporters.
3. Sydney Roosters – "King Salvo" First Nations Jersey
The Roosters have gone in a unique direction this season, honouring club legend Craig "King Salvo" Salvatori through a jersey designed by his daughter, Kaylie Salvatori.
Rather than focusing on abstract artwork alone, the design celebrates Craig's incredible contribution both on and off the field. It features references to his famous nickname, milestone footballs, the Centurion Rooster, his Yuin totem the Umbarra (Pacific Black Duck), and symbolic footsteps representing his lifelong journey.
One of our favourite touches is adidas incorporating the colours of the Aboriginal Flag into its famous Three Stripes, creating a modern look while paying tribute to the story behind the jersey.
It's a fantastic blend of club history, Indigenous culture and contemporary design.
4. South Sydney Rabbitohs - "50 Years of Deadly"
Few clubs embrace Indigenous Round quite like South Sydney, and their 2026 jersey is another brilliant example.
Designed by proud Wahlabul Man Uncle Joe Walker, the jersey celebrates this year's NAIDOC theme, "50 Years of Deadly", with five striking patterned panels across the front, each representing a decade of NAIDOC history.
Along the bottom hem, the jersey proudly displays the totems of every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander player in the Rabbitohs squad, including Cody Walker, Latrell Mitchell and Alex Johnston, giving the design another deeply personal layer.
The Rabbitohs have always shared a strong connection with the Indigenous community, particularly through Redfern, and that cultural significance shines through in every detail of this jersey.

Designed by Annalise Hanger, a proud Yorta Yorta woman and graduate of the Raiders' School to Work program, the jersey celebrates the traditional lands of the Ngunnawal people, where Canberra now stands.
